“Exploring the Dynamics Between Educators and Students Through the Lens of Psychology”

Alhamdulillah, the educators of Integrated Islamic School Melaka IILM had the opportunity to attend a meaningful professional development course focusing on the relationship dynamics between teachers and students from a psychological perspective.

The course was delivered with great enthusiasm by Tuan Salleh bin Mohd Nor, a Psychology Officer from Jabatan Ketua Menteri Melaka who shared his knowledge and experiences on:

✅ Strategies to manage stress in an educational setting
✅ Psychological approaches to handling student behaviour
✅ Creating a healthier and more productive classroom environment
