???? "You’re Growing Up: Understanding Puberty and Boundaries"

Today’s Tarbiyyah session was a meaningful and eye-opening one as our students explored an essential topic titled “You’re Growing Up: Understanding Puberty and Boundaries.”
The session was delivered by Ustaz Naufal and Ustazah Nur Farhana.

This session was designed to help our young learners understand the natural changes they experience as they grow, while also instilling the importance of respecting themselves and others through proper adab, haya’, ikhtilat and personal boundaries.

???? Among the key messages shared were:

???? Puberty is a gift from Allah and a sign of maturity
???? Physical and emotional changes are part of growing up
???? The importance of cleanliness, prayer, and personal responsibility
???? Understanding the concept of aurah, ikhtilat and setting respectful boundaries
???? How Islam beautifully guides us in managing these changes with dignity
